We work closely with cost consultants and contractors, and have an excellent reputation in the industry for delivering large projects on time and within budget. As principal consultants coordinating the project team, we are able to offer on small and medium to large sized projects a complete project management service.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Walker Interiors are a specialized team who provide a variety of Interior Design services separate from Walker Architects but also in support of their architecture. Services range from hard fitout (building services and finishes) to soft fitout (loose furnishings and art) and interior landscape.

REALITY PHOTO IMAGING
The latest technology of ‘real’ computer-rendered images in the film industry is filtering into architectural projects as a communication tool. Walker Architects offer Reality Photo Imaging services for clients and others to see and experience spaces in their true settings, with detail in shadow, multiple light reflection and material surface texture.
IT - COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY
Walker Architects utilises the latest technology to visualise, communicate and manage our design projects.
Early design concepts are quickly modelled in 3D using GraphiSoft ArchiCAD. These models are developed into renderings, animations and virtual reality scenes utilising Artlantis, Maxon Cinema 4D, Strata Studio Pro, and Adobe Photoshop. We are able to provide clients with a walk-through experience of our design proposals, and we frequently produce finished marketing drawings for development projects.
We have over 25 state-of-the-art 64-bit CAD workstations with experienced operators. ArchiCAD enables us to seamlessly delvelop 3D designs into 2D working drawings. We maintain dedicated hardware and AutoCAD LT software for cross-platform compatability with other consultants.
Our system operates on the latest industry standard Unix-based server technology. Our high-speed fibre internet connection, large capacity virus-protected email system, and web publishing capabilities ensure easy and secure exchange of large files with clients and consultants anywhere in the world.
